The AD-828 was designed to be a stackability / proximity performer like the AD-827 but with a 3mm shorter antenna length to fit into smaller form factors for item level tracking applications. Designed for the US UHF band (902-928MHz) this product demonstrates good stackability characteristics including the ability to stack to within 8 to 10mm of each other while retaining good read rates. By utilizing the EPC compliant 96 bit Impinj Monza 3 integrated circuit, the AD-828 provides good read ranges which helps to increase system level data capture reliability and allows you to program tags at almost the same distance you can read tags for greater degrees of freedom in your programming operations.

The AD-828 performs well on mild dielectric materials and is tuned for the FCC band (902-928MHz):
